Dutch language song from prehistoric times – probably first recorded on a 4track tape recorder during the 1980s and picked up again for an update in 2008. Recording can be an example that songs in fact are timeless. Song could also be example of how you can redesign songs to a completely different style as the way it was written. This song was originally in jazz-style, a first try to write and record something that could be done by a bigband. It still can be done in that style ofcourse but I preferred this popstyle for the 2008 version. I may have to search through an even older song archive to find the original recording. If still listenable at all with all the overdubs that were done to it. Is not so interesting to hear that recording again but could show where this 2008 version came from. |
