Instrumental: Miles Away

A lot of my instrumental recordings seem to come from tests and experiments say after installing new software or some new equipment…

This recording as I can remember was also started as a test this time with a midifile which I run through several softwares and editings, changing pitch, changing temp etcetera, anything to see with what I could end up making the original tune totally unrecognisable. The guitar, melodies and brash arrangements were then added to it myself – sounded like something Miles Davis could have done so that’s how the title was found…

I can’t remember anymore what midifile I used (it was some jazz-fusion style some famous artist) but I will try to find the original midifile again and will add that info to this post – if found at all.
