George Martin is going to do recordings with
Bob Marley today. It seems Marley has magically
succeeded in doing new recordings, in his
afterlife, that can actually be listened to in
real life. The management of the island of
Superstar Zombies still has to find out, how
that is even possible. But it will give great
opportunities, if all artist on the island can continue creating
their music, in their afterlifes – for people in the real world
to listen to.
But perhaps we will find out another time. For now,
we are in the studio of George Martin. Bob Marley
has just walked in, and they are ready to do these
new afterlife recordings.
GEORGE: Good morning, mister Bob. How are
we doing today?
BOB: Three little birds woke me up this morning,
mister George. Heard great news from manager
Epstein: I can be recording new music!
GEORGE: Yes, good news indeed. That is: if
you have anything prepared already. You are
the first one on this island of Superstar Zombies
to do new music, even in your afterlife!
BOB: Me is always first with everything, mister
George. Me don’t know how the others are doing,
but me is no problem, doing new music. Must
be Rasta, mister George.
GEORGE: That’s great, Bob. O well then, let’s go
record some new songs then. Got your demos ready?
BOB: Yeah, me brought some new songs we can do.
Just get you knobs and faders and microphones
ready, and we’ll have new recordings in no time.
Wanna see the sunset late afternoon, and have
my smokes you know..
GEORGE: I understand, Bob. No worries, gonna
be alright. You do your thing, and I will do mine.
Needless to say everything went as smootly as possible,
with these 2 professionals. Bob Marley did a few of his
new tracks, and they agreed, to start work on a complete
album of these new Bob Marley songs, in the near future.
GEORGE: Great tracks as usual, Bob. Let’s go
for a full album I’d say. Got a working title for
this album already?
BOB: Yeah, I will probably call it “Roots Vibrations”.
But that can wait, it’s only a few tracks for now.
